Ronnie Cairns Running

It was good to be back from holiday and resume my training for my next 10k race on the 14th May in Helensburgh raising funds for Yorkhill Children’s Charity. I must say I enjoyed my runs in Disney Paris in the sunshine but it was back to the rain last night as I ran along the Dunoon promenade out to the Bullwood and back. Thank you to all who gave me a toot of encouragement as you drove by in your cars.
I now need to get some off-road training in so what better way to encourage myself than to buy a new pair of trail-shoes!
